Downtown St. Petersburg Condominium
Art House
My clients asked me to just run with the design. I love that!
Their new condo in downtown St. Pete was a plain white box in a big building. One of my first suggestions: swap the tile floors for herringbone hardwood. Bold, yes. It set the tone for everything that followed.
Then came the art. I introduced them to Lisa Lippincott at Soft Water Gallery, and together we created a gallery wall of artists from Florida’s Gulf Coast, on blue painted walls. Our taste in art aligned. That does not always happen. They really trusted me. I’d love more clients just like them.
