Old Northeast houses come with character built in. I keep it. Then I make the house work for the way you live now, from the floor plan to the last lamp.
The inside agrees with the outside
An Old Northeast house already knows what it is. My job is to make the inside agree. I keep the architectural style, draw the new plan and elevations, and rework the rooms until they flow. The character stays. The excess goes.
Rooted in nature
Comfort and function lead. For one Old Northeast living room, I designed soft curves, organic textures and a palette rooted in nature. The furniture is part of the plan, down to the small details. My one word for all of it? Balance.
