Interior designer in St. Petersburg

Three generations of my family have called St. Petersburg home. I founded MJ Designs in 2004, and I design for homes from 1920s bungalows to downtown condos.

All over town

Downtown, two condos became one home, and another condo filled up with local art. On Snell Isle, clients wary of color ended up with a navy dining room. Shore Acres got crisp white rooms and bold paintings. Brightwaters got a white kitchen with an arched window over the sink. Bayou Grande went white, black and brass.

Home turf

St. Pete Life put my work in its Beyond Coastal feature, January/February 2025. ThreeBestRated kept MJ Designs in its St. Petersburg top three from 2019 to 2023. Not bad for a third-generation local.
