Downtown St. Pete Condo

My clients wanted a sleek, hotel-like home in downtown St. Pete. Very different from their second home in the North Carolina mountains.

We combined two condos into one 3,000-square-foot home. My clients wanted it open, so we removed all the walls and started from just the structural columns. I love space planning. Here, there was nothing but space. I designed every room and managed the job for 18 months.

I worked with the finest local custom cabinet maker on all of the cabinetry and built-ins. Walnut cabinetry, a reeded walnut island, glossy charcoal tile, a wine bar. In the living room: a curved deep teal sofa and bold, colorful art.

Client review

She is good at all aspects of her profession, and especially so at space planning. Our space was challenging, and now we have several rooms that take great advantage of areas we thought were essentially unusable.
