Hyde Park
Tampa
Linen, crystal and a slate blue surprise.
Tampa
My Hyde Park project is light, relaxed and easy to live in, with a little polish where it counts. White, soft gray and black carry the whole house.

The family room is made for real life: linen seating, a tufted ottoman with a wood tray and a stacked stone media wall. It opens to the kitchen, where wood saddle stools pull up to a granite island. In the breakfast nook, metal bistro chairs gather under an acrylic chandelier.
The dining room sets slipcovered chairs under a crystal chandelier, with white plantation shutters on arched windows. The sitting room pairs a gray sofa with a silver pebble coffee table. Then the bedroom goes moody: slate blue walls and a globe chandelier.

A floor plan that fights you? A historic home whose inside forgot its outside? My assistant reaches out first. If it sounds like a good fit, I’ll call. Then we meet at my office, centrally located in St. Petersburg.
