Brightwaters

Shaker cabinetry, subway tile and speckled granite, all in a crisp white room built around one arched window.

Tall pantry cabinets, stainless wall ovens and a French door refrigerator line the walls. Open shelves hold glassware and cookbooks, with glass-front cabinets up top. The farmhouse sink sits under divided-light windows and a half-round transom. Whoever does the dishes gets the garden view.
